Arsenal budgets N45.6B for Osimhen

There are indications that Arsenal of England’s manager, Mikael Arteta is hell bent on having Napoli’s striker, Victor Osimhen in his fold.
Arteta is a huge admirer of the Nigerian international who he believes will solve their goal scoring issues. Reports emanating from Italy revealed that, the Gunners have earmarked $76m (N45.6b) for the former Lille of France goal poacher
