The presidential screening panel led by Chief John Odigie-Oyegun has dismissed ten of the twenty-three candidates vying for the ticket of the ruling All progressive congress (APC).
Today, at the party’s national secretariat, Odigie-Oyegun presented the report of his seven-member panel to the national chairman of the party, Senator Abdullahi Adamu.
As at the time of filing this report, the details of those rejected and those cleared to participate in the party’s presidential primaries on Monday remain unknown.
