Convenes 12-hour non-stop session

The spiritual cleansing of the nation was the theme as a 12-hour non-stop prayer session was convened in Lagos. The occasion was led by Pastor Chris Isaac of the Greathouse Alter of Fire Ministry in Alausa, Ikeja.
It was the 15th edition and various prayer sessions were held for the country. Men of God took turns to pray for the survival, unity and progress of the nation. At the event which was titled, the end of our affliction, prayers were also held for the leaders and newly elected political officeholders.

In his words, the General Overseer of the church, Pastor Chris Isaac advised those at the helm of affairs in the country to be spiritually inclined in their decision-making process while reiterating on the importance of putting on the garment of salvation.
“We are in the 15th edition of the 12-hour non-stop prayer session for Nigeria. It is our country and God almighty is ever present in every situation that bothers our unity, peace and progress. We pray that our political officeholders move closer to God. We want to see them take decisions that are progressive; such can only be possible with God’s support which is the basis of our prayer session
Nwamarabia, Pastor Winifred Nnaji and many others mounted the stage to pray for the country.
