Daniel Williams, professionally known as Yung Willis, a multitalented smash song producer in the Nigerian music industry, is now preparing to wear several hats as he launches his record label, Royal Music Records, and releases his debut single and album.
Yung Willis joins the ranks of music producers who have established successful careers as both producers and singers, like Pheelz, Young Jonn, and Maleek Berry, among others.
For the last few years, Falz, Timaya, Wizkid, Kizz Daniel, Davido, BNXN, Zlatan, Yemi Alade, and Ice Prince are among the Nigerian musicians with whom Yung Willis has produced hit after hit records.
Before transitioning into production, the music producer was originally an artist. He started producing music to further develop his skill from the inside out; he now feels prepared to share his artistry and stories.
Yung Willis, famous for his unique tagline ‘Wi Wi Wi Willis Give Dem,’ has always valued giving back value, which was one of the reasons for his tagline.
Now that he has adequate experience working with different artists and generating unique sounds, the Abuja native feels prepared to “give back” from his experience through his newly established record company, Royals Music Records.
The launch arrives before the release of his debut single Givin Dem, which is the lead single from his forthcoming album LOTP (Life of The Party). Yung Willis has collaborated with the Mr Eazi-powered multinational label ‘emPawa’ Africa for this album.
