Nigeria’s internationally renowned VIP Magazine has joined media houses across the world in expressing its condolence to the royal family and the people of the United Kingdom over the demise of Queen Elizabeth II.
The Publisher, Talabi Taiwo O. Michael expressed the organisation’s condolence in a message released last night
“This is wishing the royal family peace to bring comfort and the courage to face the days ahead with loving memories to forever warm your hearts. We pray Queen Elizabeth II’s soul finds rest in God’s home”
Talabi also stated that “The Queen is still alive in our hearts and through our memories, she lives on; our condolences”
The full state funeral of Britain’s longest-serving monarch takes place today.
The coffin will be carried by the gun carriage from Westminster Hall to the Abbey, being towed by 142 sailors from the Royal Navy.
At 11 am, the service, which will be led by the Dean of Westminster, Dr David Hoyle, will begin. The sermon will be delivered by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby
